One of the best places in the world to see orangutans is in Tanjung Puting National Park. They are living around the camp and will come to greet you. The young orphans who cannot yet care for themselves have to be taught how to climb trees and eat leaves before back into the wild.

During the river trip we use a traditional wooden river boat | about 18m by 2 |5m with a roof which forms the upper deck where you can view the rain forest as it glides by. The guide's team includes the boatman | a cook and expert guide. In the peaceful afternoon we will slowly explore the quite river by the boat while observe the monkeys along the riverside. The boat has simple mattress | pillow | bottled "mineral" water | mosquito net | kitchen and simple toilet.

Pondok Tangguy the rehabilitation center for the new ex-captive orangutans | Pesalat replantation camp to see the process of replantation project or take this opportunity to hike at forest.  The Lamandau River | logging company | and rapids. Bakonsu Village long house | welcome dancing ceremony | Horn Bill Dancing Party. Tapinbini village a semi modern dayak village | Bolau hill | dayak peoples doing their daily activities like working for rice field | and our local guide will show you how setting the trap for the animal and any kind of their daily activities. Batu Batungkat (Hugh Stone) | Kotawaringin Palace etc.
